1   Link   The Relief
Reliéf is one of the top European bluegrass bands. It performs regularly at most of the country and bluegrass festivals both in the Czech Republic and in Europe. The band also runs its regular monthly shows in Malostranská beseda music club, in the very heart of the Prague city.

Reliéf sings in English, with strong emphasis on vocal harmony and <b><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LoTG93Ab29Y">a-capella singing</a></b>. The repertoire is based upon original compositions, some of these songs were recorded by top Czech and American bluegrass bands. 		282

This outstanding band plays traditional bluegrass, old-time country and western-swing music. The band prides itself on the extremely high quality of instrumental ability, and its members' additional ability to provide "a capella" vocals. The Slovak bluegrass band Blueland started at teh beginning of 1995 in Hlohovec. The core members are brothers Miloš and Stanislav Tomka (guitar and bass), Pavol Daňo (mandolin), in 2009 also Ralph Schut (on banjo this time). 		147
